This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time, they tell you over the phone that you are approved for certain amount of money and then they make you go to their offices in Boyton Beach and then they tell you they have to check your documentation again to get approved and they offer you a lot less than what they offered you over the phone, they don't care how much you have to drive there take or leave it. Very rude and unprofessional with not manners.
Companies like this should be out of the market taking advantage of other people.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

Contact Consumer Fianance Protection Bureau to report your disappointment. They gather consumers complaints and if they receive enough they will take action. This is the organization blew the whistle on Wells Fargo opening up accounts in customers name.
Your statement i have dealt with a long time says it all. As a former manager for this company, which bought a previous company i had worked for, this created a great deal of difficulty.
In the loan business who has more confidence in you, than the person who knows you, who has closed loans with you, has shared family details with you. You are the most valuable asset to any finance company. You come to the branch ok, maybe you forgot your checkstub. Trust me this company threatens manager with pay docs, or absolute firing, if they do not have every line filled in.
They lose business from day to day, because of their absolute adherence to letter of the law while they kill the spirit of the customer they wish to serve. Dont get angry at the branch manager, they are just following orders.
That company has a great potential, if you will give your feedback to the top where it counts. And next time just remember to bring your check stubs.
If you tell them you have a certain income over the phone and then you come in with your pay stub and you make less than what you claimed, then yes the amount they can lend you decreases. You played ya self
